• Shipping orders, are despatched throughout the world, by the National Post Office of Portugal (www.cttexpresso.pt), in registered mail (International Blue Mail). Europe / Rest of the World without the USA » For our US customers at the moment only the option UPS is available.  A parcel up to 2 kg would be ca 45 euros postage.

• Other means of sending, will have to be requested, in previous antecedence.

 

​Shipping packages to the United States

• The shipment of orders via Portugal's national postal service (CTT), has been temporarily suspended since August 2025, due to the increase in customs tariffs imposed by the United States on Europe.

 

Note: As soon as possible, we will resume sending orders via this method, which is substantially more economical.

 

 

Order shipping cost policy​

 

The website does not have a predefined automatic shipping cost table.

• Europe: Up to 250g - 13.50 euros (International Blue Mail)

• Rest of the World without the USA: Up to 250g - 17.50 euros (International Blue Mail)

• United States: Up to 2kg - 45 euros (UPS)

 

Note: For international shipments via postal services (International Blue Mail - cttexpresso.pt), we are not responsible for lost orders. The postal service (CTT) is secure within Portugal and for international shipments, but depending on the postal distributors in each country, the political situation, wars, natural disasters, or other unexpected situations, there may be delays in delivery or loss of packages. For faster shipments and orders over 150 euros, I recommend using (UPS) or another similar postal service.

For orders weighing less than 250 gms and a value exceeding 350 euros

• Shipping costs are free. Applicable to all items that have the designation in the ad of (Free shipping). Shipping: Europe / Rest of the World without the USA.

       

Note: To be able to benefit from free shipping, you have to make PayPal payment » (family and friends)

For orders weighing more than 250 gms, or large

• Shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The value of the shipping costs will have to be pre-combined with the seller in advance of the buy. Shipping costs can be paid separately, or together with the item's value (to define with the seller).​​
